We are now looking for assemblers for our client in Motala. Are you a person who enjoys practical work, has an eye for quality, and wants to work for a leading company in the railway sector? We are currently seeking motivated train assemblers for Alstom's facility in Motala! You will be an important part of the production where they work with maintenance, renovations, and modernization of trains. The work is varied and requires both technical understanding and precision. We are looking for someone who is handy and has a genuine technical interest. You are a confident and independent assembler, with a pronounced quality mindset and understand the importance of precision in a job where safety always comes first. As a person, you are a team player who takes responsibility for your tasks.

• You have previously worked as an assembler, preferably in heavy industry, vehicles, or workshops.
• A technical education at the high school level (e.g., vehicles, electrical, industrial, or equivalent).
• Very good experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• You have experience with hand tools and are used to heavy lifting or torqueing.
• Good knowledge of Swedish is required to understand work instructions.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks:

• Mechanical assembly and disassembly of components.
• Simple electrical installations and cable routing.
• Work according to technical drawings and instructions.

Qualifications

• You have previously worked as an assembler, preferably in heavy industry, vehicles, or workshops.
• A technical education at the high school level (e.g., vehicles, electrical, industrial, or equivalent).
• Very good experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• You have experience with hand tools and are used to heavy lifting or torqueing.
• Good knowledge of Swedish is required to understand work instructions.
• Previous experience with bogies or rail-bound vehicles.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification.
